I’m a Midwest mom of two just figuring life out one day (and one load of laundry) at a time. You never really know what to expect on my page one day I’m canning something from the garden or freeze-drying smoothies, and the next I’m sharing what it’s really like getting the kids out the door for school.

I share bits of our everyday life here in the Midwest the good meals, the messy moments, the spontaneous adventures, and everything in between. It’s a mix of homesteading, mom life, travel, and real-life chaos all wrapped up with a sense of humor and heart.

And while I’d love to be that perfectly curated, aesthetic kind of person I’m definitely more of a type B, go-with-the-flow kind of gal. Around here, it’s all about embracing the real moments, finding beauty in the imperfect, and laughing our way through it.
